This California Privacy Policy Notice (“California Privacy Notice”) applies only to California residents (who are referred to as “you” or as “consumers” in this California Privacy Notice), and it supplements the information contained in the Tidal User Data Policy (“General Policy Notice”). This notice only applies to information collected in a business to business context and does not include “employment-related information” we collect with respect to employees, applicants, contractors, owners and their dependents related to their roles in our company. Information collected of that type is covered by separate notices related to those person’s relationships with us. This California Privacy Notice has been adopted to address the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2019, referred to as the CCPA, and any terms defined in the CCPA will have the same meaning when used in this California Privacy Notice. Except as defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the same meaning as the General Policy Notice.
